Now it’s Thursday. An underrated day, because it’s just like Friday, only not as hyped. How much work gets done on a Friday, anyway? I barely wake up long enough to get in the ‘Vo and walk to my desk most Fridays. One Friday, I think I didn’t even do that much, I just woke up at my desk and it was lunch.

So, underrated day deserves and underrated song, from an underrated movie. Kenny “The Lumberjack” Loggins’ “Nobody’s Fool” is the opening theme of Caddyshack 2, and a helluva great song.

I know a lot of people shit on the Caddy Deuce, but since I saw it before the other one, I kinda prefer it. Dan Ackroyd, the gopher, The Single Guy, Unsolved Mysteries Guy, it’s like Mount Rushmore of that summer I spent with my Aunt Connie.

But you weren’t there, so you don’t know all that stuff, but rather than tell you? Just give a good, honest listen to Nobody’s Fool. Hey, by the time it’s over? It’s almost Friday.

I swear this man is my soulmate.
